Submission details:

Interested and reputable companies who intend to provide the required service need to meet the requirements listed below:

• Registration certificate:

– Valid relevant registrationfrom Reginal Governor administration.

– Registration from the ministry of Health of Federal/Hirshabelle

• Phsical Presence/warehouse:medical warehouse with availbe stocks.
• Country of the origin. The company will share the country of origin of the medial supplies.
• Experience:Medical supplies and PPE meterials purchase and transportto Baledwayn and other parts of Somalia for the last 2 years. Attach the copy of the contracts.
• Companies Bank statement: from 1^st June 2019 to May 30,2020

The bids shall be submitted by 10th June 2020 at 4:00pm and shall be valid for 60days from the date of closure. Tender documents are available for collection at: Relief International Office, Mogadishu Wadajir District, Behand Guri Markab. Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery or non-delivery, whatsoever. Bids shall be opened at a later date to be communicated.
