Tenders are to be received no later than. Saturday , 23^st January 2021 at 12.00pm, GMT time

Instructions to Proposers

Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, General Conditions of Contract will be adopted for this contract.

Proposers must submit the completed Tender Document Checklist along with the documents listed within the Tender Document Checklist.   Failure to submit these documents will lead to their bid becoming non-compliant and rejected.

The Proposers will be deemed to have inspected the site and be familiar with the environment and working conditions on the site.

Tenders   should   be   returned   through email-Secretary@moewr.gov.so and Cc to dg@moewr.gov.so ,   no later   than on Saturday , 23^st January 2021 at 12.00pm, GMT time

Late tenders will not be considered.

Proposers are to provide all document or information requested as part of the Tender evaluation.

All tenders will be arithmetically checked; any errors will be brought to the Proposers attention. The rates supplied would be the basis for the arithmetic correction and would be the determining factor for any queries about the corrected price.

Proposers are not allowed to submit alternative tenders.

The Employer is not bound to accept the lowest Proposers and has the right to accept and reject any tender offers.

Eligible companies who have the following are requested to apply:

1. Registration from the local authority
2. Certificate of TAX payer from Ministry of Finance
3. Similar previous contract executed (Attach list of contract minimum 3 contracts with recognized institutions)
