NCA invites interested companies for a Block of kitchen, Dining hall and stores construction in 13 primary schools in B/hawo, Dollow and Luuq districts in Gedo Region Somalia.REF NO: NCA/0497/2020 and invites interested parties to apply the invitation to tender document and other relevant document to NCA Email address: procurement.somalia@nca.no

Main technical specifications for the tender dossier with the BOQ is available at websites attached and it consists of:

1, construction of the kitchen

2, construction of dining halls and stores

1. 1. The offered prices shall be quoted in USD only
   2. All offers, in English language only, and it should be sent to somalia@nca.no with reference number NCA /097/2020. Late bids will be rejected.
   3. The company profile must be attached the following required document:

• • Valid Registration certificate from relevant ministries from jubaland Regional state and Federal government of Somalia.

-Proof payment of tax and tax compliance with tax identification number (TIN)

• • Similar work experience and attached contract and the organization name.

• • Current Bank statement for the last six months and bank grantee and audited financial account.

• • Bidding will be conducted through an open tender procedure.

-The successful bidder shall place a 10% performance bond (bank guarantee)

upon signing the contract.

-Duly completed Invitation to tneder documents

-Proposed work schedulled(lead time to complete the work)

– Acceptance of NCA general terms and condition and code of conduct.
