QUOTATION REQUEST FOR SELECTION OF SATIONARY SUPPLIER FOR ACTIONAID SOMALILAND

Action Aid International Somaliland (AAIS) is part of global federation working to end poverty and injustice with thousands of communities and millions of people across the planet guided by its strategy “People’s Action Towards Social Justice “that ensures coherence, aligning with the poor and excluded people, re-asserting women’s rights, strengthening accountability, and building resilience against shocks & hazards.

ActionAid International Somaliland is going to bid Stationary Supplier quotation, as it is expecting to get potential Stationary Supplier which can provide all Stationary facilities. ActionAid International makes this bid yearly and the potential stationary supplier will work with ActionAid International for 2021.

Therefore, ActionAid International is looking for reputed and capable supplier that can provide necessary and quality stationeries to ActionAid International Somaliland when requested. Hence, any interested supplier can apply and send sealed and stamped quotation of the items/materials shown in below with their prices. The winner will be given one year contract where the prices of the items will remain same for the first 6 months. After 6 months, the price will be reviewed and negotiated according to the market price. All the quotations should be submitted on Sunday, 21st February 2021.

  1. IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. The bidder shall quote prices in USD only.
  2. The selected will work for ActionAid Somaliland for one year only.
  3. The selection process depends on the eligibility criteria and printing agencies have equal opportunity.
