Completed printed hard copies of the bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope to Concern office in Mogadishu through the physical address provided in the tender dossier.

Deadline for submission of bids is Saturday, 12^th December 2020 on or before 17.00pm Mogadishu time. Bids which are not received by the closing date, will be treated as late bids and will not be included in the evaluation
