Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has been present in Somalia since early 2004 and has since expaned its Horn of Africa Program to Kenya in 2006 and to Ethiopia in 2011. Since 2004, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has demonstrated a regional competence and expertise in working with displaced populations. NRC has mainly focused on Somalis who are displaced by the ongoing conflict and more recently by the drought and famine.

The NRC Somaliland office invites all interested and potential Contractors apply the above mentioned tender to collect the tender document in order to submit their firm offer regarding to the below mentioned works:

Selection Criteria:

Interested suppliers who wish to submit their proposal should meet the below listed requirements;

• Valid license from Somaliland authorities
• Valid tax Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Finance, Somaliland
• Delivery Time (detailed Work schedule)
• Company’s track record of similar works – Please attach contract, PO or certificate of completion as an evidence.
• Fair Price in comparison to NRC’s established rate
• Updated and relevant company profile.
• Company’s equipment and plan
• Companies technical staff
• Current bank statement (last 6 months).

This tender is valid from 1^st to 14^th December at 4:00pm and interested bidders can download the tender documents from HERE after you fill out the form. Application should be submitted to NRC Hargeisa office by not later than 14^th December 2020 at 4:00pm; Companies that submit their application after the deadline will not be considered.

The bid opening will publicly happen at NRC Burao office by 15^th December, 2020 at 2:00PM at NRC Hargeisa office with the presence of bidders` designated representatives who choose to attend; at this opening session, it will only be announced the name of the Bidder, the Bid Price(s) and if any discount was made but NO further information that will be disclosed at this session.
