INVITATION TO BID FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLY OF GOODS

AND PROVISION OF SERVICES – 2021-2022

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council Somaliland invites interested vendors and contractors to submit prequalification bids for supply of goods and provision of services for the year 2021-2022. Interested bidders may collect bid documents upon payment of a non-refundable bid fee of USD 10 (Ten US Dollars) per lot from NRC office located behind Ambassador Hotel, Airport Road, Hargeisa, only for working days (Sunday to Thursday) between 9:00am to 12:00pm from 25th November to 13th December 2020. (Friday and Saturday are off).

Note: each application should be attached with the NRC receipt otherwise your application will be disregard.

  • Selection Criteria:

NRC evaluation panel will consider the below mentioned criteria to evaluate the best bidders;

 

  • Updated company profile;
  • Copy of a valid company license from Somaliland authorities
  • proof of tax payment
  • Company’s track record – Please attach awarded contract, PO or certificate of completion of certificate as an evidence.
  • Bank account statement for the last 6 months.
  • Company office (existence) and structure
  • Tender with all appendices completed and signed.
  • Not blacklisted and did not deliver poor service to NRC’s previous contracts or orders
  • NRC will conduct site visit for the shortlisted companies

 

  • Manner of Submission:

Tender application in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the company name and the categories (lot no) should be submitted to NRC Hargeisa office by not later than 13th December 2020 at 4:00pm; if the bidder is applying more than one lot, each lot has to have each application (do not compile more than one lot in one envelop)
