Construction of Revenue Huts

Hirshabelle State of Somalia (HSS) has set aside funds being provided by the DFID/EU funded PREMIS PFM programme to cover eligible payments under a contract for the Procurement of Construction of Revenue Huts for Hirshabelle State of Somalia. Four (4) Revenue Huts will be constructed in each of the states of Jubbaland, Southwest, Galmudug and Hirshabelle.
Location: The construction will be located at four points in Hirshabelle.
Duration: The construction will take place over a period of 4 Months Expected start date is November, 2019.
Type of Award: Works Construction Contract.
Proposal Closing Date: 1st October 2019 at 1300 Hours East Africa Time.
HSS invites eligible contractors to indicate their interest in providing the above services by obtaining the Invitation for Bid (IFB) document from the Public Procurement Department office at the Ministry of Finance, Hirshabelle State of Somalia Compound. The IFB may also be viewed on the Ministry Website http://www.hirshabellemof.so The IFB contains full details of the requirement, including Specification and Drawing, bid submission requirements, as well as details of the evaluation and contract award process. Potential bidders are encouraged to consider the Supplementary Information in Part 2 – Works Requirements relating to the overall Revenue Hut programme before preparing and submitting a bid.
Bidding will be an accordance with international Competitive bidding.
