Candlelight for Health, Education & Environment with support from ISF is implementing construction and installation of two water towers with capacity of 70 barrel and irrigation system in Iskudar and Goda wayn.

Candlelight is launching an open local Tender and invites interested suppliers to tender the following Construction and installation:

The tender documents/ dossier which contain Instructions to Suppliers, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Terms and Conditions including Annexes can be collected from Candlelight office in Burao from 10^th Feb to 15^th February 2021 between 7:30 am – 2:00 pm EAT

• Proof of financial strength (bank statement, financial reports, Tax clearance etc.)

• A copy of the audited financial statements for last two years (balance sheet and income statement).
• Detailed activity schedule (timeline) for the proposed works
• Warranty for the machines/solar
