CALL FOR TENDER
ACTED is implementing the project “Provide life-saving assistance to food insecure communities in Bay, Lower Juba and Gedo Region, Somalia while implementing recovery and resilience activities to restore livelihoods”
under FFP funding and is inviting qualified contractors to submit offers for the following goods/services

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted on before or 28.07.2020 at 3pm at the address (es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to somalia.tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place in the ACTED representative office in Baidoa. Bidders will be informed about the session 24hrs in advance. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED representative office in Baidoa not later than 26.07.2020 at 3pm by E-mail to somalia.tender@acted.org;
NB: Suppliers can only apply for 1 tender, among the 3 tenders above, which they prefer most and they have the capacity and expertise on it.
