REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Dear Sir/Madam, The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the supply and delivery of hygiene kits

Please submit your best price offer for the following items:

Please note the following requirements while preparing your Quotation:

1. You must use your own letterhead to prepare your Quotation. Filling in the prices on this same Request for Quotation is not allowed. 2. All prices must be in United States Dollars (USD). 3. The validity period of your quotation must be clearly indicated in the Quotation 4. Your Quotation must show the delivery period of the goods (Delivery Location is Dollow, Bardhere & Belethawa) 5. Your Quotation must show your Company’s Physical Address, Telephone number and email address. 6. Your Quotation must show your preferred terms of payment. 7. Provide copy of your business license /Registration 8. Selected bidder will enter with IOM into supply agreement (template below)
